Our Spelt Soup Noodles area made from 100% organic spelt flour. They a real alternative to conventional deep fried noodles, which are mostly from Asia. They are blanched in steam only, are all natural, low in fat and as they are made from organic spelt flour are easy to digest. These premium noodles cook very quickly and are perfect for stir frys, noodle dishes or soups and broths.
Place in salted boiling water (1L for 100g of pasta and 1 tsp salt) and simmer for six minutes and strain. If you are adding to a soup add to liquid and allow to simmer for 6 minutes before serving. Click here to read all about spelt.
