These chocolate brownies are delicious with a cup of tea and when they are still warm! If you have any chocolate brownie recipes that you would like to share please get in touch and we would be delighted to hear from you!
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees/Gas Mark 6.
2Line a flat baking tray with baking parchment.
3Sift the scone mix and cocoa powder together.
4Cream the butter and sugar together and whisk until light and fluffy.
5Add the beaten eggs, vanilla and water to the butter and sugar and mix together.
6Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients one tablespoon at a time.
7Add the yoghurt and gently mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
8Pour the brownie mixture onto the lined baking tray and bake for around 30 minutes approx.
9Allow to cool in tin. Sprinkle with icing sugar and then cut into desired size squares
