Wholemeal Muffins

Below is the recipe for deliciously moist muffins which are made from our Wholemeal Mix and the cinnamon and apple really add flavor. This muffin is a healthy handy option. The recipe below uses half a bag of our mix and makes 6 good sized muffins, if you want to use the full bag just double up the recipe and do let us know if you make them!

  • Yields: 6 Muffins


225 g Wholemeal Bread Mix

50 g Coconut Sugar / Brown Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon ground

2 Eggs beaten

50 g Butter / Coconut Oil melted

150 ml Milk

2 Apples cored and grated


1Pre heat oven to 190 degrees C/375 degrees F/Gas 5

2Add the multiseed mix into a bowl

3Mix in the grated apples, cinnamon and coconut sugar/brown sugar to the multiseed mix

4Add in the beaten egg, melted butter/coconut oil and milk until a smooth batter is formed

5Pour into a well-greased muffin tin and bake for 20 mins approx. or until a skewer inserted comes out clean

6Cool muffins in tins for about five minutes after you take them out of the oven and then place on a wire tray
