This Fruit Cake is our version of a Halloween Brack which is made using our White Scone Mix and it’s also dairy free and is really rich. This recipe is for a lovely crunchy apple and cinnamon multiseed square scones. It is really quick to make as you dont have to roll out the mixture and cut it like you do with scones. Instead you make a wet mixture, flatten the mix on a flat baking tray and when its baked cut into squares.
These are deliciously moist healthy muffins which are made from our Multiseed Mix and the cinnamon and apple really add flavour. Packed with 27% seeds this muffin is a healthy handy option.
This is an easy recipe which uses our White Scone Mix to make delicious crumbly lemon & cinnamon cookies. These cookies would make a pretty delicious food present if visiting friends or family. If you would like an orange flavoured cookie just substitute the lemon zest for orange zest.
This recipe for Christmas Pudding is the same one that has been in use over the past twenty years in the Whitty household. However we now substitute wheat flour for spelt flour.

These muffins are made using my White Scone Mix with a little bit of extra sparkle seeing as its Valentine’s day but you can make these anytime. They are easy to make rich, moist and just delicious even if I so say so myself.
Make your mince pies in advance and put them in an airtight container ready for nibbling on. Each bite is a fusion of flavours and they taste scrumptious! If you want to make a dairy free mince pie you can use a dairy free spread instead of butter for the pastry.
